Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Once we receive your message, we will assess the situation and provide the next steps to resolve the issue.


Model Selection

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer selects the wrong model at the time of purchase (for example, choosing the incorrect phone size). Each case is produced individually according to the options selected at checkout, which means returned items cannot be reused or resold.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at support@covacases.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order with CovaCases, the customer agrees to the following terms:

  • Shipping delays are not valid grounds for chargebacks. Delivery times may vary due to external factors, and this does not constitute a basis for payment disputes.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once dispatched, the logistics process cannot be reversed.

  • Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with this Refund Policy. Only situations outlined in this policy are eligible for a refund.

  • Customers must contact our support team before opening any payment dispute. We are always available to resolve any issue directly and as quickly as possible.
